For example, he fixed a door handle that was loose for years and installed all the appropriate detectors!  When we showed our house, he was prepared with booties, hand sanitizer, gloves and disinfectant spray (and sprayed down the house) to ensure we felt safe bringing home our toddler home in this Covid crazy world. He also ensured we received offers quickly and organized all of the offers neatly in a spreadsheet, which helped us easily compare all of the contingencies and determine which were the strongest offers.
